Studio Policies

 

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a session. The deposit will be applied to your total amount owed.

  • After your session is booked, you will be emailed an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full before the start of your session. You can pay online with a credit/debit card or at your session with cash, check or credit/debit card.

  • If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance (sooner whenever possible) to reschedule. Your session may be rescheduled up to one time with no additional fee, unless illness or weather is a factor. In the case of bad weather or illness, I will happily reschedule as many times as needed, within reason. I ask that the reschedule date take place within 60 days or the deposit will be forfeited.  The deposit will also be forfeited in cases of cancellations without sufficient notice or without a rescheduled session within the parameters stated above.

  • Because of the nature of printed products, orders may not be cancelled or changed 24 hours after they've been submitted.

  • Travel fees apply when travelling more than 20 miles from my home

  • A 6% Wyoming sales tax will be applied to all sessions and orders.

Do you offer digital images?

Absolutely!

I do offer digital images from your session. These are selected and ordered in conjunction with all other products at your ordering appointment. Digital images are priced on a varying scale in connection with print order totals. The more printed products that you order, the the lower the cost of the digital images will be, and vice versa. Digital images come with a limited use and print release.

 

Do you offer retouching services?

Yes!

I believe in "real". Unless a photograph is intended to have a specific look (like a specific themed photo shoot), I strive for my images to be the best representation of the real people in them. I want you to look like you. However, I want you to look like you on your BEST day! I want you to love seeing yourself in your pictures. Any printed products that you order will be professionally retouched, unless otherwise requested. Retouching includes basic skin smoothing, blemish removal, teeth-whitening and any other adjustments that I feel would help beautify or enhance the image. Retouching is done at my discretion and does not cost extra for printed products ordered from me. In many cases I can accommodate special requests such as hip-slimming, face/neck thinning, and head swapping. Special requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will cost extra. The fee will be based upon the difficulty of the retouch and the time required to complete. You will be able to approve the retouch before images are sent to the lab for printing. Please be aware that orders with special requests will require additional processing time.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
